About Kris Harris
Kris's initial foray into the pipe organ busines was in 1993 at his parents' home church (First United Methodis; Cheyenne, Wyoming) where he volunteered to assist David Salmen in removing the Moller, which was to be replaced with a new Reuter. Shortly after, He helped Salmen re-leather reservoirs at Heinz Chapel in Pittsburgh.

As an Industrial Design student at the University of Kansas, Kris had a Summer internship at the Reuter Organ Company in Lawrence, Kansas. After finishing his degree, he ended up working for William J. Stephens; first as a driver, but quickly graduating to tuner.

In 2000, Stephens retired and Kris took over the service of dozens of instruments throughout Kansas, Nebraska, Misouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

In 2004, Kris moved to Colorado and began building his satisfied clientelle there. He continues to service dozens of instruments in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma.

Kris is adept at all aspects of organ tuning, maintenance, repair and rebuilding.
